Who is Kenn Stamp?

I am someone that believes motorcyclists are looking for someone to give them honest opinions and data about product and bikes without the hype usually associated with reviews. I am not a "journalist" in the popular usage of the word. I am a rider just like you. Yes I get to go ride really cool bikes and then write fabulous stories that will keep you enthralled and on the edge of your seat, but take that away and I am just like you (really!).

I have been riding for 16 years at about 12k miles a year. I have taken trips on motorcycles (no not to the corner store) and I use a bike to commute with almost every day. I enjoy Sunday morning blasts through any of Florida's 11 curves and I like riding two-up with my wife on evenings with beautiful sunsets.

I'm not a racer. I'm not the fastest guy out there and I know it. Oh I can hold my own and I have surprised quite a few people on a Sunday morning ride, but Rossi I'm not. I'm also not Hayden, Haga, Duhamel, or Bill the pace car driver (hey he's fast). If I was any of those people (except for Bill) I wouldn't be here writing this as I'd be out blasting around a track somewhere with sponsor money in my pocket and a cute umbrella girl hanging on my arm (after I stopped of course). I'm not going to pretend to be as good as they are as that would not be who I really am. If you feel that only some guy who can ride around a track at twice the speed of sound can write about and review a motocycle, then stay on the bus Skippy, this is not your stop.

I'm not a motorcycle mechanic either. I know my way around a motorcycle and can probably do everything a tech can do, (now where did these bolts come from?) but will leave the tech articles to more qualified individuals as they can tell you the correct way of doing something. If you ever want to know how to have bolts left over email me and I'll help you with that.

To put it simply;
I am your average, everyday motorcycle junkie with a computer (and I'm not afraid to use it!) and a love of things that have two wheels. And four wheels. And wings. In short I like anything that you drive, ride, and/or fly. Oh and as an added bonus I can use bigger words than "Uugh", "Grrgh", "Ouch", "Fire", and "Woman!" although that last one is pretty important. In short I am better spoken than a caveman.

I am outspoken, opinionated, and irreverent. I am sure that some of you will "get" my style, while others will not.

I want to officially welcome you to 2wf.com. I hope that you enjoy your stay. Please remember to gear up, keep your hands on the bars, knees tucked into the tank at all times, and enjoy the ride.
