AMERICAN MOTORCYCLIST ASSOCIATION TAPS

MOTORSPORTS PROFESSIONAL TO LEAD AMA RACING

Pickerington, Ohio (July 24, 2007) – The American Motorcyclist Association is pleased to
announce the appointment of Dennis Rhee as Senior Vice President for Racing, overseeing the
AMA's extensive racing properties.
A professional with nearly two decades in motorsports, Rhee brings a strong background in
race promotion and sports management to the job.

"Finding the right person to guide AMA Racing has been one of my highest priorities as we
continue restructuring our race programs," said AMA President/CEO Robert Dingman. "Dennis very
clearly rose to the top, with years of experience in racing, business and management that make him a
natural fit for the leading national sanctioning body for motorcycle sport in the world.''

Rhee's background in motorsports dates from 1990, and includes positions and consulting
work with a host of racing organizations, including TrueSports Inc., the Indianapolis Motor Speedway,
the Skip Barber Racing School, Lime Rock Park and NASCAR Silicon Motor Speedway.

Said Rhee: "I’m looking forward to joining the AMA Racing team, and I'm enthusiastic about
the future of the AMA's successful racing brands, from its grassroots amateur racing to some of the
top motorcycle-racing series in the world.''
